Claude Diwouta leads Women for Women International’s Global Human Resource and Organizational Development functions.
Before WfWI, Claude served in several HR leadership roles in the international non-profit sector, working with Search for Common Ground, Save the Children, World Wide Fund for Nature. Before that, she worked in the for-profit sector in various industries including managing her own HR consultancy practice for seven years. She brings over 20 years of Human Resource expertise, providing HR leadership in over 35 countries.
A native of Cameroon, Claude has lived in several countries in Africa and Europe and now lives near Washington D.C. She holds a Master's degree in Ethnic Studies from Paris VII University. She is passionate about the dialogue among cultures.
