Lydiah Mutimbanyoka

Lydiah Mutimbanyoka is the Chief Operating Officer at Women for Women International.

Lydiah Mutimbanyoka

Lydiah is a passionate humanitarian and development professional, with over 20 years’ experience working in fragile conflict affected contexts. She garnered strategic and operational experience from various NGOs and INGOs including Zimbabwe National Family Planning Council, World Vision International, Oxfam Novib, HelpAge International, CARE International UK and Save the Children, Mercy Corps and Right To Play. Lydiah has rich and diverse experience working in countries across Africa, Middle East and Asia, including Europe and Americas. Lydiah has held various roles and worked in Country Offices, Regional and Head Quarters. She holds a Master of Science Degree in International Humanitarian Affairs from the University of York, UK and a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management from University of Zimbabwe and Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology obtained at Africa University in Zimbabwe.

Lydiah is a proud mother of two daughters and three grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys cooking and running marathons especially to raise funds for a good cause.
