Diana Popic is an international business leader with nearly thirty years of experience across real estate investment and finance, sustainable development, government, nonprofit leadership, and emerging technologies. With an extensive network spanning the United States, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East, she brings together investors, governments, businesses, and community leaders to advance cross-border initiatives with economic and social impact. As CEO of Perla Venture Investments and Unibell, Diana’s achievements include Inc. 5000 recognitions for leading one of America’s fastest-growing companies and being named by Forbes as a “Female Business Owner to Watch" for her success in real estate investment.

She is Founder and Executive Director of PerlaVi Foundation, a U.S.-based nonprofit advancing women’s empowerment, education, sustainable development, and dignified housing for marginalized communities. A refugee from Bosnia and Herzegovina who experienced war and displacement, she brings deep personal purpose to this mission. As a compassionate role model, she believes true success combines purpose, service, and care for others while finding beauty in life’s smallest moments.

Diana serves on Women for Women International’s U.S. Board of Advisors and advises many other organizations in artificial intelligence, education, investment, and capital development. She has spoken at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Dubai’s Future Innovation Summit, the United Nations University Sustainable Cities Summit in Tokyo, Smart Cities forums, and Women’s Empowerment Summits.

She holds a degree in Sustainable Leadership from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a master’s degree in International Relations from Harvard University. Above all, Diana is a devoted mother of two who values relationships and humility.
