Women for Women International (WfWI) has a firm commitment to protecting your privacy. The following statement explains our policy in regard to the collection and use of any personal information you may give us as you use the U.S. WfWI website located at www.womenforwomen.org (the Web Site) or any of the services provided therein (collectively the Service).
You may choose to provide us with personal information in a variety of situations. The Website may offer you the possibility to contact WfWI with any questions or comments or to make donations to WfWI through third-party websites. In this respect, you may choose to provide some personal information to WfWI. The type of personal information that WfWI may collect includes first name, last name, email address, postal address, date of birth, phone number, gender, and country of residence. This e-mail must include your full name, address and contact information in the request in order to allow us to verify your identity. Please note that if you request the deletion of your personal information, we may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
The Web Site is not directed toward or designed for the use by persons aged 13 and under. WfWI will not approve applications of, or establish or maintain accounts or memberships for, any child whom WfWI knows to be age 13 or under. WfWI does not solicit or knowingly collect personal information from children 13 and under if consent has not been given or authorized from a parent or custodian.
