Honoré is Women for Women International’s Board member and Finance Committee Chair.
Honoré has held numerous board chair and non-executive director positions across Africa and Europe, including Chair of the Board of GEPACO (Tunisia), Shell Côte d’Ivoire, Shell Mauritius, and board member of Silver Food (Morocco), Wari (Senegal), Shell Kenya, Shell Morocco.
He is currently Founder and Managing Director of Bryel Investment & Management, an investment holding company.
Previously, he served as Global Director – Regional Portfolios at UNOPS in Denmark, with overall accountability for partnership development and programme/project implementation across 90 countries, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. He was appointed Officer-in-Charge of UNOPS on several occasions, exercising delegated executive authority.
Prior to that he was the CEO of Talem Africa (Supreme Group) in the UAE, where he built an investment platform with a USD 500 million mandate. He also served as Group COO and the Interim Group CEO of Vivo Energy, with responsibility for businesses generating more than $4 billion revenue, and as Regional Vice President, West Africa at Shell.
