US-based charity highlights the plight of Nigerian women

SABC News recently stopped by our screening of our VR film, "Through Dada's Eyes" and spoke with Women for Women International CEO Laurie Adams as well as our guest of honor, Nigerian actor, activist and author, Stella Damascus.
As the world marks International Women's Day and Women's History Month - a US-based charity is highlighting the plight of Nigerian women. With digital innovation and technology as this year's theme, Women for Women International has released a virtual reality film following one of the women it is supporting in Nigeria. SABC News Correspondent Kate Fisher reports.
