‘I am proud of being able to teach other women’

"I have built a house, I can provide food for my mother, sisters and brothers. I’m even able to support my sister’s children after she was abandoned by her husband," writes Cinama.

Cinama talks about entering the Stronger Women, Stronger Nation's program and her experience and work as a vocational trainer for Women for Women International.

A 26-year-old particpant from the village of Nyangezi in South Kivu in the Eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo shares her story. After graduating from Women for Women International’s program in 2016, Cinama became a brickmaker and now runs a successful brickmaking business.
